New to TM, New to Morgan, and with an ARP4 on the way, 20+ yrs of waiting are about to be rewarded! First popped my name down for one of these beautiful cars with the mesmeric bonnet when the waiting list was the legendary 9 years and 'Troubleshooter' Sir John Harvey Jones was pottering around MMC with his notebook and suggestions. When my name rose to the top of the list I found I needed monies elsewhere. Having postponed the build slot I found myself in exactly the same position two years later. This time round the plan's coming together and the long days of waiting for delivery are taken up with acquainting myself with the TM website (oh yes I've been keeping an eye on you guys for a while now), and redecorating and refurbishing the garage to a standard that befits the place of worship that it will soon be. New colour, new lights, heating - perhaps a viewing gallery with comfy cushions and canapés?
With my technical know-how at less than nothing I'm as impressed by the level of expertise evident in the TM forums as I am by the clear devotion to these cars that emanates from every post, and the camaraderie generated by Morgan ownership. This said I'm very much looking forward to joining your exclusive club.
