Easy to add a picture. Type url of image in img tags like [img]http://www.talkmorgan.com/gallery/27/medium/30387.jpg[/img] and you get

but the picture has to be in the internet somewhere, where it can be got to with a url. If you want to do it with pictures from your own computer you have to use File manager

you have to upload them yes but once they are say on TM (which is still the internet by the way!) then it's just a case of adding correct tags and url to stick them in a none gallery post topic.
You can't directly link to pictures on your computer (unless yours is a server connected to net) using the file manager - Using TMs image manager in the Gallery allows you to Upload images to TM but others can not post their images in a gallery topic

And that's where I am totally lost chaps, no idea what either of you are saying....if I cant hit it or weld it I am buggered....its taken me years to learn how to add something to the gallery!

Sorry chaps but I’m not convinced the louvers are the main culprit. I don’t have any bonnet louvers over my plugs. I don’t drive either if there is any rain in the forecast but I do get corroded plugs, as do many louverless Ford owners according to their forums.
Perhaps the culprit is humid crankcase air?
Perhaps the positive pressure can breach the rocker cover sealing?
Perhaps the moisture is sealed in by the plug caps?
Perhaps the tips of the plugs are the first part of an engine to cool when switched off and they become condensation magnets?

All my plugs were badly rusted and number 1 cyl well, was full of water and the plug lead tubes had rust marks 2 inches high so obviously had a lot of water down there. Oh and by the way the plugs had been changed last July during the 20k service.

On my engine Ford have designed an exceedingly tight fitting rubber plug cap. They are very difficult to remove. There are 3 or 4 separate little sealing fingers at the top which are a really tight fit into the bore. On their own they would make a formidable water seal. But first the water level would have to be deep enough to lap over the 10mm high upstand moulded into the rocker cover. That would be a big puddle of water sat on a hot cover and I’ve never seen a drop. But I do suspect that on mine the plug and the surrounding ali cavity below the cover is a condensation trap.

Roger, I have the same fittings as you and the leads were very difficult to remove. It's hard to understand how so much water got in and I've never seen any even when I have checked after being out in the rain. On this particular day the car had been running perfectly for hours before finally misfiring so why didn't the water boil off ?
