Was in my local section's VMCC meeting last night and it was announced that this Thursday 28th between 2.00pm and 4.00pm they will be running Babs up and down the sands. Well worth a visit I would have thought if you are near the area.

Why would anyone want to run my sister in law up and down a beach?  She is nearly 80 and although in good health her beach running days are numbered!

I'm surprised MMC don't stock bromide in the shop, these days..it would probably sell well with a leather case too..!
