I just love the British weather!
And the weather here in France is not bad either. Here is the car just back from shopping. It might be like that in southwest France but here in the Alsace region, where I am on tour with friends at the moment, we have just had 22 days of sleet and snow. I think we are driving SnowMogs

So cold up here I went skating on the local swimming pool. The mog is just standing there as its to bloody cold to work on . 45 here in Delhi!! It ain't half hot Mum!

Still 45. Last night I switched the aircon off but the hotel room hit 30 within 2 hrs.
I hate sleeping in aircon so had a poor nights sleep.
India is in the middle of a drought also so the dust is everywhere & the beer is £7 a pint in the Holiday Inn!

But I agree with you about sleeping with A/C on. If essential I use earplugs, it helps.
Beer at £7 a pint....that has gone up....State Taxes hiked?

Expensive hotel on the airport perimeter with a trapped audience that is why.
Large bottle of Kingfisher is I guess under £2 at a local road side bar.
They are hoping for an early and strong monsoon.

The Indian Met Office is predicting a very powerful monsoon this year....at least 100% of the average, possibly 110%. Monsoon Forecast So might be lots of water......or not!
