Right, Eurotunnel booked, 0850 departure on Saturday morning, gets in 1025, then a steady strap to St Omer.

Which Premier Inn in Ashford have people booked? There are a couple. I'll probably book the same smile

Also - I'm getting some vinyls made up, a small rally-style logo to commemorate the event. Does anyone else want one? I guess it'll be a couple of quid if I get a small batch made.

I am also on the 8.50 Eurotunnel, driving down Saturday morning will see you there.

There's a few of us in the Eureka Leisure Park Premier inn.

MDH has made a reservation for us at the American diner near the hotel for 20:00 eat

Hotel booked. Dunno if we'll be there in time to join the gang at the Diner but looking forward to catching up. I'm not sure I'll have time to get these vinyls designed and printed in time, that's my next job!

Gentlemen: I have been following the Albert Ball thread with great interest, and for some obscure reason, hadn't been able to log onto the TM site (more than likely my computer illiteracy).
I am finally in possession of my long-awaited M3W, and have been enjoying it immensely. It makes a perfect stablemate to my biplane, a Pitts Special, with which I enjoy acrobatic competition.
I would have very much enjoyed joining you at the Blat, but being as I am in a remote area of West Texas (USA), I am forced to observe the memorial from this side of the pond.
To compensate, and in a cohesive spirit, I will at first light of March 7, fly the the Pitts in honor of Capt. Ball. The maneuvers will include: Loops, Cuban 8's, Hammerhead turns, slow rolls, upright and inverted spins, snap rolls, an Immelmann turn, and, to cap it off, a Lomcevak. Once I've landed, I will "fly" the Three-Wheeler to my favorite breakfast bistro for a hearty three-alarm green chile and egg burrito, chased with strong coffee.
I feel fortunate to be in possession of some of the most iconic and engaging machines around; the Morgan three-wheeler and the Pitts Special. Sharing the Blat with the TM community is, I feel, a fitting homage to a great Briton who lost his life in battle.
It was, after all, Capt. Ball who described driving the 3-wheeler as "flying real close to the ground-without wings".

Respectfully,

TN

Hello, Conrad. Now we can fly in formation. The M3W has been pegging my fun meter to the max... Its been a loooong time since I was hit upon by the fairer sex at stoplights.
