I use Rain-X occasionally, usually before a long trip, but to be honest I find the effect is quickly reduced if the wipers are used for more than a few minutes, but it's better than without.
On a normal car, you can avoid using the wipers at all and let the air stream clear the screen, but I find on the Morgan the aerodynamics are so poor that the droplets just dance around on the screen.

You need to man up get rid of the screen and don one of these as modelled by Damon's Dad. I can remember when bikers wore these

There is a RainX available that you add to your windscreen washer reservoir. It works quite well,

Update on this: Just completed a 750km romp back and forth to Dijon. The screen was polished and then heavily Rain-X-ed. The result was that when washing the screen after a kamikaze attack by yet another swarm of insects the bugs were mostly removed.
The screen was cleaned for the return journey - but half way in the blades started splitting and breaking!! (14mths after they were put in - and 4000km)
Do I have to go to a dealer for a few replacement sets???

I just completed a trip to south of Germany, and, unfortunately, had much rain on the trip... I applied RainX and there is defenitely a positive effect. Indeed the effect of the moving dropllets on the screen can be mesmerizing. However, above say 100 kmph the vision is very acceptable and I drove through the rain with only occasionally applying the whipers. I confirm the observation that on the RainX treated screen the collected insects clear off very easily by the whipers. My conlusion after my trip, RainX does improve the situation for my Morgan and i wiil keep using it. Cheers, Bert
