Yes I was, Steve. But delivery was due on the 23rd and it was actually postponed to the 1st, which I assumed would help sort out any transit plate last minute delay, as unconceivable as delays are when one places an order 5 months prior to delivery and stipulates that the deadline is of the essence. I should’ve known better… this transit plate will most likely read “3WN0TBR8X1T1NG”.

I find it very difficult to believe that this has anything to do with European legislation. More likely the bean counters at Morgan have realised that there is a problem relating to tax issues and they don't want to be bothered with the paperwork.

My understanding was that the factory will do a PDI and handover at a £price. I witnessed a 'VIP' handover on one of my factory trips. One of the last ARP4S.
