Many thanks Matty, I don't like the look of that turbidity spike on the 13th. Is that normal and is it something to worry about?

We use a BIBO for all our drinking water, so presumably the charcoal filter will take out anything coming through like this?

anyway - just wanted to let you know:
I finally got an answer! (thanks to all involved) wink

fascinating, how "just an answer" can make a difference (in how I feel about MMC).

why its important

cheers

Pete

Not to belabor the point, but the responses here are precisely the problem! Why the cloak and dagger with PM's and secret handshakes?

If there's an MMC customer service rep who is concerned about issues raised and is willing to personally intervene, why not do it openly?

Guys

We need to be careful where we're going with this, people have frustration's that need to be addressed. They may not want everyone else to know.

I'm more than happy to answer any parts supply issues you may have?
Obviously all parts are supplied through the Morgan network, but if you've a concern, post it on this thread. I'll answer warts n all!
I'll need part ordered with whom and when.

I recently bought new Head bolt nuts and washers/spacers from MMC supplied to SGT in Maidenhead

I'm changing them because I've fitted confederate rocker covers and now the bolts are on show.

I paid to have all the parts chrome plated and went to change them one at a time having been given the correct torque settings.

The spacers didn't fit in the head bolt recess (holes) on the cylinder head so I've had to re use the old spacers.

This follows two attempts to purchase brake calliper Allen bolts which when supplied are far too short.

Is the company aware of these issues?
