I have State Farm here in California as a motorcycle. I dropped collusion and pay $340 a year for liability. Ya I know, it makes me a little nervous sometimes, but if I survive the shunt it will be just another project to restore

Is collusion insurance less expensive than collision insurance?

Just got an online quote from Grundy Worldwide for $521 year! Earlier I called and spoke to someone who denied me. He said they would consider insuring the M3W if I was to insure my other collector cars with them. The "online quoting" was good with me and a Morgan….no more is better nonsense.

Now all I need is a M3W. Working out the details. Interested in new or used. Current Exchange Rate is favorable right now, however, rate at delivery time is an unknown.

Grundy Insurance for my M3W which was the only carriers I could find for a motorcycle that had a steering wheel. I also have my 1971 DeTomaso Pantera and 1956 Ford F-100 blown 557CI big block with Grundy.

I have my normal cars with USAA.

Dan, I too sold off two car I wish I kept! still crying

So you tried USAA and they said no?

Yes, I first tried USAA, progressive and All State, since it was registered as a motorcycle in Florida but having a steering wheel threw every normal car insurer for a loop since it didn't have handlebars like the other three wheelers.
(motorcycle trikes and Can Am Spyder)

so it was off to a classic car insurers who are happy to add customers to their companies. I also have an agreed cash value so if something happens to it which I couldn't with our normal car insurers.

that would seem to be a big deterrent for anyone trying to Daily Drive a M3W in the US.

I thought haggarty had limitations on how many miles you could drive in a year, but apparently I would be mistaken after a quick look at their website. Somehow I thought they didn't allow cars insured under them to be daily driven.
