Great forum folks! Have been self-educating as I consider (plan) a M3W. I have seen plenty of posts regarding taller drivers, but I'm concerned about the opposite. I'm 5'8" but my inseam is only 30, with 32 inch sleeves. I realize the pedals are adjustable and the wheel and seats are not. I saw a YouTube video where someone appears to be driving with a matching seatback bolster. Is there enough forward adjustment to the pedals for someone my size to have no problem reaching them? Anyone use a seatback extender/bolster to be closer to the wheel? Thanks in advance and for all the helpful info on these boards.

You're at the acceptable lower end. You'll be find with the pedals at the rearmost setting. Might need a steering wheel spacer.

You will be fine. I'm shorter than you and have the pedals on the 3rd rearmost setting (out of 4). The factory also made the base cushion thicker so that I can see the top of the nearside wheel.

I'm 5'9" with a 31" inseam, my pedals are set at the furthest location and I have a 1" spacer on the steering wheel.
With this set up it is the most comfortable I have ever been in any car ever.
5 hours without a break is no problem and no numb bum either.
I doubt very much weather you will need any form of booster cushion on the backrest.

Perfect size for all Italian beauties ! And of coarse M3W 😊 The petals can be moved (bolted) to anyone's legs length the only issue are how wide you are!
I'm 5'6 with 29" inseams 34" waist and I never moved the pedals from the factory setup
As long as you can see over the hood, not over 250lbs wide along with having a smaller riding partner, you should be good 👍

Your last two questions were questionable.
