Hi its Grissly in Dubai, I am considering applying a paint protection film to my 2010 Roadster, the product im considering is called XPEL ULTIMATE, ive been to look at the workshop and it looks excellent, work quality was also first class with some very exotic cars ( what else would there be in Dubai ? ) with work in progress. Ive looked at several systems over the years and this really does look top quality, has anyone used this product and if so, what is your satisfaction level?

This is good quality PPF, much better than the 3M product most UK Dealers use. However, I have now switched to Suntek which has similar qualities, i.e. self-repairing etc, but is much thinner and thus less visible!

Thanks for the response Brian, other than the thickness, was there any other reason for the change to Suntek? Did you experience any issues with the xpelproduct?

No, the products are very similar and we still have Xpel on some of our cars. The important think is to make sure that when they apply them they are already precut.
