Speaker lights fitted

Just thought i'd put up the first modifications from my first day of ownership.
Along with a general thorough clean and wax ive fitted my clear indicators, JW speaker LED lights, painted the light rings black and removed the rear bumper for 2 smaller bumperettes. smile

Hi Tom, have a look at a previous poster on Talk Morgan, Donaldsaurus in his posts he created a virtually all black 4/4, and very nice it was. The might give you some pointers.

As im getting the car ready for painting on Monday I decided where the main area was the electrolysis under the lucas sidelights that as they would have to come off anyway I didn't really want to put them back. (The headlights have a very bright built in sidelight anyway)
So a chap at work who is a very good welder took it in to fill the bolt holes left in the wing. He's done a great job and prefer this as means I know its 100% solid under the paint there now.
Bumpers also off and a temporary plate mount fitted while I wait for the new bits from wolf performance. smile

Dont forget on the older cars the side lights bolt thr wings to the wing holding stays.

Ray I've taken the wing supports off for the time being and am going to look at a different way to mount them. Question though is with them removed the wing is rock solid (moving it only moves the whole car) do you know what the newer cars use instead though?

Must have fallen off being American made haha.

Im going to remake the support lower with a Nylon block on the top that will touch the wing instead so should cure any future issues.

Now its at the painters im having some other bits done so will nearly end up a full respray bar the doors, bonnet and bulkhead.
