Fingers crossed that you have some good news tomorrow. You deserve an award for how well you've taken this. Trust me, in the end it will be worth it. Doesn't excuse the delays mind but st this point it's in the home stretch so hope you can hold out.
P Couldn't have put it better. I hope someone has some answers for you tomorrow.

ok, first it was Puzzling, then it was Challenging, then it was Annoying, then it was Maddening... And now i just don't have words... I have never had less fun spending 75 Grand. Still nothing from the factory since the 26th when they told the dealer the car was done, and then the 28th when I was told it wasnt. Its already been wrong twice, I'm very anxious to see a photo before it is released to the shipper. I really do feel foolish for ever starting this. Seemed fun at the time...

My buying experience was the worst per dollar of my life. When I've had anything else custom built, I dealt with the builder. MMC has a buffer between themselves and the customer...a weak network of dealers, some better than others. MMC seems not to respond well to the dealers. It's truly a mediocre way to do business at best.

I agree the whole experience is hardly "Luxury" or typically "Bespoke". Perhaps that's why they don't sell more? Yeah, in spite of the "Olde Worlde" manufacturing process that limits production.
Part of the problem is the internet, there's an expectation of immediacy that's clearly not part of the MMC program. If you spent the same 75 thou on a BMW you'd never expect to have communications from the factory, pictures of your car, or even expect the dealer to obtain same.
My advice...I know you don't listen to it anyways...is to not expect anything from the factory or the dealer and just leave it alone...they WILL deliver your car....like the old days, you'll just get a phone call from the dealer.
