Actually all you need to do is phone reception. Judy or Sally both deal with the bookings for tours.....Internet and phone bookings as well as walk-ins.
They will be able to reschedule your tour.

Thanks for the info. I will call them once we get on the other side of the pond.
As for the humor. I wouldn't expect anything else from this group. I needed a laugh today. The franticness of packing, making sure everything is in order is very trying. So the humor is well needed and deserved.

I'm feeling po-faced so I shall point out that the OP asked for help and got 4 silly replies as well as two useful ones Deano had come up with a sensible one very promptly so it would be a shame to break the habits of TM for a high input of nonsense. We hadn't even got to any thread drift.  If you had a Morgan, Howard, you'd know its second nature for silly responses!

I am hanging my head in shame at being the one who started the foolish and idiotic stream of juvenile responses to a perfectly sensible question………
I'm also disappointed with myself for enjoying the subtle smut in the 'something for jays' thread.
I shall now don the official TM hair shirt and begin flogging myself with birch twigs until I regain a scrap of decency.
I am truly ashamed at my light hearted demeanour…………
