Looks good Stewart, sorry if this is obvious but i find it safest to remove the wipers when in use just in case you switch them on by mistake?

Great work - you pull the chrome/stainless cap from the splined shaft, try and hold it as parallel as you can otherwise it doesn't want to come off is my experience.
Make a mental note or mark the shaft relative to the arm as it will save the trial and error when refitting, it's easy to scuff the screen surround otherwise when the wiper over sweeps.

Well done you! I wasn't aware that this could be done on a heated windscreen.

Indeed. Well done Stewart; I too thought that the was not possible with the heated screen.

Nice work. The car looks really cool with the folding screen.

Yes that's it it could be fairly stiff though but a bit of jiggling around will free it.

Yes but first lift the wiper arms 90 degees from the wind screen, then shake and pull gently.

Stuart.

Respect. looks great.

I contemplated a folding screen and was told by German dealer that they would need to remove the dash, in part to allow for fitting of an alloy strip to support the Brooklands screen since the scuttle independently was not sufficiently firm. Not sure if you're already planning to do the same but thought it best to share - just in case.

ps. Agree with earlier comment, it does look great.
