GORGEOUS ride Draggin! I have been following your build for months and it is so nice to see the finished product! I know it's taken forever and there were many setbacks along the way, but it looks all worth it to me! Congrats and best of luck with the delivery.
One more time....is it really going to cost me $7,500 to get my M3W shipped to the US? That is ridiculous and was never mentioned to me by my dealer. I recall they mentioned a price a little less than half of that amount....around $3,500. Wtf??? $7,500 is crazy!
I took delivery of my M3W in July of '13. It cost $46k to get it out the factory door and another $10k to have it shipped, insured, licensed and sitting in my driveway in Southern California. It is what it is........
My dealer said $4,200 if it shipped alone in a container and $2,700 if it shared a container. It shipped WITH another car and I was charged $4,300. Where you are matters of course. Mine came into NY and I'm in MD so not much overland charge there. Six months ago.
Those pictures of your car are amazing...no matter what anyone else says… (-: Congrats on the build and I am sure it will look even 10x better in person. Next pics I want to see are of you and your smiley face sitting in the drivers seat.
And what were the chances that we would have a Forum Member at the Factory at this time taking pictures, posting them on the Forum and having your car in one of those pics!
Any other people planning on visiting the Factory in the near future?
