Taken the broken mirror completely to bits only to find out that the reason the mirror head was slipping wasn't the metal grips that grip the ball head at all, it was the fact that ball head is actually separate and screwed to the arm. That bit was loose

Double doh!!

So I broke it trying to tighten the wrong bit!

I remember meabh saying that there is a lot less cockpit turbulence with the one Brooklands screen as opposed to the pair.

That's very interesting

I certainly was surprised at how less windy it was than with the normal windscreen in place

Hi Stewart, I trust you are well, a little bit off topic but by removing the dash as shown does this give access to the windscreen washer nozzles?
