It's the Royal Oak, on the road between Ledbury and Ross on Wye. Huge car park so can take plenty of TMers!!
Easy to find, on the right hand side coming from Ledbury end, just after the Much Marcle sign.

Neil, I believe it is a reference to the AV8 cafe "incident".
Just met JLT and June at the factory, they are on a tour there. They will join us on Saturday as they are still in the area. Should be a good turnout.
