I recently fitted an ebay pair as recommended by Planenut, Scott Morgan and others: http://www.talkmorgan.com/ubbthreads.php/topics/385838/Alternative_mirrors#Post385838They give a much clearer view as they don't vibrate as much and being convex the view is pretty good once you get used to it. The passenger side is panoramic and whilst the driver's side does allow you to make sure your elbow is still there it still gives more rearwards view than the standard. Overall a

My mirror also came loose. I unscrewed it and applied blue loctite and screwed it back on. It hasn't come loose again.
