O.K. Chaps, Having only just returned from a long weekend in London for Salon QP and everything to do with the London to Brighton, I am coming to this topic a little late however, I can confirm all that has been said about the Chris. Ward watches for Morgan. I have in my hand the press release and having had a long discussion with the people on their stand, I can confirm the following:
The first watch will indeed be for the 3W and first shown at the big Basle watch show then should be available from May 2017 onwards. The price will be from £2,500.00 but the range will be expanded to cover Classic and Aero cars but only initially quote
" available exclusively to the 50,000 plus Morgan owners" so perhaps not quite so exclusive?

I did overhear a comment that the movement must be made in China to be able to manufacture at that price but I have no information other than some of their watches retail at very low prices. It should be very interesting!!

Other news, I met with the Garrick team who built my Morgan watch that I designed and commissioned and if the chaps who requested pictures are interested in seeing it, it was photographed and put out on Twitter which is a media resource I know nothing about so sorry about that.
The show was a lot smaller than previous years with many of the mainstream Swiss firms absent but there were many very, very nice boutique firms with some beautiful designs. I think watches are now moving into works of art more than just simple time keepers. cozychair

More power to your elbow, Reg. I would if I could.

Excited for you with your own commissioned watch.

Have to say Reg (Lowbird)

I'm impressed

I'd never heard of Garrick watches until your post and I've just been on their website and read up on them and seen the models priced on their website and I think they are great and particularly the besboke element as yours

Well done

I've just noticed your watch doesn't have any numbers on the dial so you could set it so 12 o'clock is on the crown and wear it on the inside of your wrist as The Driver watch

Thanks for the comments Stewart, it was great fun getting everything just as I wanted.
My next effort is going to be a bespoke Jaguar C Type rev counter watch with a single hand. I am awaiting more details about the actual dial face and what will be possible. englandwave
