Do you have space for an ISO container? a 20 foot one would be a very secure lockup, you could pretty it up externally.

My 93 +4 has been sat on my drive for 5 years. My strategy is to use several light covers (Halfords small) they billow about quite a bit, that means air circulation and they are rotated, ie: wet one off, dry one on. I have a heavy duty lined cover for snow conditions but is a far to put on and off.
I use ACF50 on all the engine steel and outer seams and the covers are off in dry weather.
The key to keeping the car in good condition is to use it, so apart from salty road conditions, thats what i do, if it means putting the hood up so be it, if the hood gets wet i wait till its dry and depending on the forecast for the week fold it away or leave it up and put a cover on. Insurance valuations by my local Morgan dealer tells me my car is increasing in value so i must be doing something right. Even If i had a garage i would still use the car to get the air circulation and engine heat through the car. ( not sure it would be this easy in Wales Ray)

I live in a wooden lodge in the middle of a forest in deepest darkest Yorkshire and my 2014 4/4 lives outside all year.

In the bleakest depths of winter I only use one of John Taylors storm covers...I believe good airflow is important...oh and I drive the bloody thing all the time...the best option to keep things in good fettle !!

As I look out on it now it is covered in leaves...great camoflauge but as I am off up the Yorkshire coast today for fish and chips the leaves are gone in 100 yards !!!

Dave W is correct :lift covers from time to time if left for a while to get rid of condensation.

Mu previous car a Porsche 356 was left under a Hamilton Classic cover for a month in the same location during winter and condensation was extensive even under the "best" breathable cover

In fairness, a modern Morgan is considerably better protected for longevity than an MGA would have been, or any car from that era.

I agree, useing is the best protection.

My 2010 4/4 has lived outside for 6 years on the drive. I use a waterproof outdoor 5 layer cover from Hamilton Classics - soft fleecy lining does not scratch, waterproof but breathes so it can be put on wet (but not dirty as that would scratch). She is used at least once per week. The only thing is if possible park with brakes off & out of gear then if the discs get wet you can rock the car daily in wet weather to stop the discs & pads rusting together - which can cause a heart-stopping bang when starting. As said above the best protection is useage.
I WILL get my garage cleared out next spring so the Mog can go in!- but I`ve been saying that for the last 6 years.

Remember...they won't melt !!!!

My old +4 was under a John Taylor storm cover for 6 months as the garage was used as storage whilst the house was remodeled.
It survived very well

I looked into a "portable garage" structure--basically a tent on a steel frame. Unfortunately here in the USA my antique car insurance (I have a 1960 +4) requires a locked garage. They would have been OK with a car cover on my driveway if the car had been valued below their threshold, which unfortunately it isn't. They dont like portable garages because they get more claims from these than anything else because of wind damage. As a result my car is in winter storage 30 miles away while look for something much more convenient. I like the trailer idea, and will look into that--the town won't let me build a garage on our acre of land because of nearby wetlands.
