I'm always in two minds about either leaving a car for months unattended (other than a trickle charge) or starting and warming up every now and again. I have tended to do the former without any issues, but am never sure which is best.

When I was but a lad the local village garage owner would say to me" start em up lad - engines like to be run".

I have followed his advice for 50 years.

A short run up to the next village common to test out my operated on knees & get a grin. Fabulous! Happy as Larry right now & the knees work as well.
