HOTEL: We have secured a wonderful hotel for the Convention. The location is convenient to everything and the management is pleased to host our event. The hotel is the Partridge Inn Augusta (Curio Collection by Hilton), 2110 Walton Way, Augusta, GA 30904, 844-503-5012. You should call to ensure you get the ‘MORGAN GROUP’ discounted rate of $129.00 per night, which includes breakfast for two. You will need to tell them what group you are with.

We have rooms blocked for early arrivers on Wednesday (17 May 2017), as well as Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (18 - 21 May 2017). The hotel may be able to accommodate additional days -- attendees should arrange extra nights directly with the hotel.

TRAILERS: We know folks will need to bring their three wheelers on trailers, so we have already made arrangements for parking and securing your tow vehicles and trailers. We will put out more information on this as we get closer to the Convention dates.

AIRPORTS: For folks flying into Georgia, the best plan is to fly into Augusta Regional Airport, which is close to the hotel, only about 10 miles away. Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport is about 3 hours west of Augusta and the Partridge Inn.

Got my room reserved, arriving Thursday, leaving Sunday. Anyone else signed up yet? BTW works best to call the hotel directly for your reservation 706-737-8888

That "vendor test drives" on Saturday might interest me !

This week the wife and i sit town with our vacation wabts and a Calender and begin negotiations! We will see what happens.

We are still considering going. It would be about a 5,000 mile round trip from the west coast but it would be a great deal of fun, need to order new front tires just in case....
