Good luck Roger and well done ...but it must be like selling your dog !!!!!... ..have you considered finding the new owner and just standing outside his house and quietly staring...just staring.!!!..until they call the police !!!
When I sold my Porsche 356 I was kindly invited to drive the car on two occasions by the new owner...not sure it was a good idea..they still haven't found his body !!!!...I need my medication nurse!!

Thanks guys for your thoughts, much appreciated. Like any kind of addict withdrawal is painful but I've had a few offers of riding shotgun which is much appreciated - so watch out!
AndyR - thanks, I saw the 4/4 75 in Life that you bought. That is a nice car and really proablby the ultimate mog in my mind as a narrow body 2.0l - hope you're enjoying it and look forward to seeing it some time.
Steve (MadMax) - thanks - I'm resisting putting a side exit on the Freelander, some how don't want a face full of diesel when I start up so I'lll have to wait till the next Mog.
Kev - fortunately/unfortunately it's gone way up to the NE. I suppose I could get JTL to go and do a stake out.
Apparently, the guy bought it as an early 60th birthday present for his wife - her birthday's not till May. I like his style but not sure how he's going to hide it till then.
Hoping there is a next time - it will still be a 4/4 - best fun with your clothes on.

Sorry to hear it has finally gone Rog , that was one good looking car Dawn is still recovering from back surgery , so I am looking for excuses to get out for a blast or three over the holidays - are you free over Christmas / New year to volunteer as portable ballast ? That signal box turned pub in Helsby looks interesting as well Cheers and Happy Christmas Graham
