Hello
I have a 2009 Plus 4 and suffer from the small bore ‘capillary’ black rubber pipes (to the screen nozzles) coming away from the ’t shaped’ small white fitting on the end of the pipe that links the fitting to the pump and wash bottle. As a consequence the water/wash squirts everywhere behind the dashboard when I pull back the stalk.
Re-attaching the pipes to the fitting is not a solution as the water pressure from the pump blows them off. Any thoughts on how to stop these every small fiddly capillaries staying fixed to the 't shaped' fitting?
Thanks
Tony

You could wrap a bit of lockwire around them to hold them on to the spigot. That's what I did when I had the same problem.

Firstly, buy some decent pipe from your local motor factor. Once fitted, use some small cable ties or lockwire to ensure they stay in place (probably overkill if you've got decent pipe).

Try a couple of small cable ties pulled up tight

I had a similar issue some years ago. I also found the pipes tended to split so I just went in the local parts shop and bought some better tubing. Just to be sure I wrapped some wire around the joints and they have been OK ever since.

I have the same issue with my 2008 Plus 4, I elected to wait for the upcoming pre MOT service as I didn't want to take the dash out?

My 2009 Plus 4 has the same problem of piddling the washer fluid over the passengers feet.
On a more basic point...how does one get in at the pipes and T pieces in order to perform the cable tie procedure?

With difficulty I'm afraid - you need to remove the "tray" under the dash, then squirm your way so as to get up behind the dash - it's against the rear of the bulkhead.
Good luck!

Just remove the under tray and unscrew the dash and lay it back towards you and all is revealed. I used silicon fish tank pipes and tywraps on my 2009 Sport before it had a chance to destroy the central electronics board.
It's a fiddly job that only needs doing once - Morgan should have realised that liquorice tubing won't last too long.

Warm the tubing in really hot water before you start.
