Just got around to reading 'rental car'. Some of the stuff made me laugh out loud. I was halfway through the book before I got the Rich Duisberg pen-name joke.

Very funny, and pleasingly anarchic. I shall download 'quality control' now.

The book has arrived - started reading it - very funny and amusing.

I lived in Leicestershire for 12 years until I was 21 so have an affinity with some of the places mentioned.

Thank you!

Seems like quite a few folks are ordering copies for summer holiday reading. I am really flattered to know my words make people smile smile

My pen name is rather unusual, I'm in the weird position now where I get cars and hotels and stuff booked in my pen name, but when I come to pay my actual surname causes a bit of confusion. I use one because I always wanted to keep a bit of space between my personal and professional work, as I get up to quite a few shenanigans it makes sense wink
