Here is my modified license plate holder and Bråthen luggage rack and a space saver spare wheel (on the squadron blue car) compared with the original license plate and the Librands rack on the claret red car.

Both cars look great, but I get your point Soleng How is the steering feel with 4 up and heavy case on the Back?

We have travelled with two adults, two girls aged 11 and 12 and a cairn terrier and a large suitcase without any steering problems at all. Of course, the car feels a little different when fully laden, but the main problem have been too soft dampers and soft rear springs. I have changed to 195/65R15 tyres to gain 10 mm ground clearance and fitted AVO dampers up front. Now I am getting new AVOs fitted at the rear as well. If this is insufficient, the next step is to get stiffer rear springs.

It looks like a good solution for those who want to tour with their 4-seater and require the use of the rear seats. I've said this before but I really do love the quirky styling of the Morgan 4-seater, especially with the roof up. One of my favourites was the one I saw at the factory late last year.

If you still have the lever arm dampers at the rear you could try a heavier weight oil. Cheaper than changing to telescopic shocks. Need to try this with my '76 car, particularly when loaded with Madame and a large'ish suitcase. Cheers,

particularly when loaded with Madame and a large'ish suitcase. Crikey Graham, you're living dangerously! I hope SWMBO doesn't read TM? Brian
