Yes, H & S. I viewed the quality of their work & silencer & was reassured, & their reputation/reviews are excellent. They are expensive, but I wanted a high quality system. It will still be half the price of a Librands system. Infinity are cheaper & I think on a par with respect to quality, but they are a long way from both of us Ian

Thanks guys, thinking about it.. it ticks over at such low revs when warmed up (about 600 if I recall) that I wonder if the idle can be adjusted. Yep - turn on your aircon! On mine (09 'Max) it resets the idle tickover to the cold-start value of 900ish. Presumably the ECU can sense the increased load of the compressor pump - I can't believe Morgan wired the aircon switch as an ECU input, but maybe the BMW loom does have this as standard?

Unfortunately on mine the idle barely moves when I turn it on, no more than 50/100 revs I suspect.

Aero 8 cold start did it for me, grey one in a garage. [video:youtube] http://youtu.be/3J0yzvuroMw[/video] On reflection it is still quiet in the vid, even with the rear boxes removed, but still loud enough on an open throttle and it burbles and pops on the overrun.....then silent when ideling. Perfect for me.
