Onion bagel, lightly toasted.
Unsmoked middle bacon. Pan fried with fat rendered.
Egg. Slightly runny.
Thin smear of french mustard.
Thin smear of unsalted butter.
Maybe a touch of HP sauce.

Tetley Kenyan tea. Touch of milk and sugar.

Drool optional.

Have to disagree, slightly.
Bacon should be smoked.
The rest is fine.

Bacon han to be fried till its starting to crisp. No short cuts and soggy fat. And a lightly toasted bap. yummy.

Sorry to correct you chaps; but IMHO the best way to the perfect bacon sarnie is as follows.
Hop on the train for the 15 minute ride to Sandy Park on match day, home of the Exeter Chiefs.
Just past the players entrance is both a bar and a stall that provides a truly super bacon and egg sarnie, (or sausage and egg if preferred) Apply brown sauce to taste, then wash down with a pint of Otter Amber or Guinness.
cheers
