Quite Probably My eldest son was outside until about 10 o'clock last night on the drive with floodlights banging and drilling away on his car fitting new speakers I bet the neighbours loved that :  He kept asking me for help and I kept telling him to leave it until the weekend during the day so he could see what he was doing but it got past the point of no return with all the interior trim removed

He won't have a problem changing a light bulb - encourage it  . This is how our generation grew up exploring all the avenues at all times of day or night. Just to bring it back on thread - go on make him a bacon butty..

I use a Bradley smoker which is fridge sized and sits in my workshop. Admittedly the workshop smells like a smoke house despite the shower fan that sits above the smoker.
I cure and smoke salmon as well and last December smoked rainbow trout that we'd caught the previous day on an introduction to fly fishing in the Meon valley.
The next step is air dried meat and salami, but I'm not sure the South Downs has quite the right weather - I'll need to build a curing chamber to maintain humidity and temperature. Sounds great - I'll look into the Bradley smoker

It has to be brown sauce. Bacon without brown sauce is Morecambe without Wise. There is Brown Sauce and then there is HP Sauce....with Guinness. Back in stock at Waitrose. Buy it MOW..you will thank me.
