I know i may sound like a scratched record when it comes to all things Adnams, but for those of you in East Anglia, if you happen to be in one of the Adnams Cellar and kitchen stores, ask them for some of the bacon cured in Broadside (it tends to be out of sight in a fridge rather than on display).
Its truly scrummy.

There is only one Black Pudding its Stornaway from Harris . Ask Keith at BHM I keep sending him some. A very nice lad but would kill you if you asked for a slice. Its like sex on toast. I have a small smoker for use on a cooker/stove. Similar to the Abu style. Takes a bit of getting used to to prevent oversmoking of overcooking but decent results.
