Making a right hash trying to apply for this piece of French Bureaucracy!
Can anyone help me in calculating my cars Euro number please, the form asks for the info from V9 on the registration document but that seems utterly irrelevant. Do they mean the Co2 etc figures does anyone know? Also do I have to send the registration document in its entirety? Ive managed to scan it into my computer,[ a first for me] but its in four attachments as I scanned it a page at a time. I think they are bigger than the maximum size the French specify.
Im touring in my TT, not the Morgan in late June early July and don't intend going to any of the three cities for which the certificate is necessary but thought better be safe than sorry but now after a frustrating hour or so I may just put up with the fine! Help!

Not too much I'm afraid, as all I had to do was quote my reg n° and pay and the disc arrived in the post 3 weeks later. By Euro Number, I assume you're talking about Euro4, Euro5 Euro6 and so on. The French CRIT'air site is now open to register your car if you're visiting Paris. Les Anglais will need a good scan of the V5 - the first inside page, and €4.80 or so for postage to UK. looking at the form the trade name, euro number and C02 emission fields are optional so you don't need to fill them in if you don't know them.

Thanks chaps I think I'm getting there! Last hurdle is my registration document, I've still to sort out how to upload it to my iMac as one document rather tha four. My job for tomorrow I think. I'm off to open a bottle of red, Italian I think out of protest!
Oh and Bud thanks for the offer of a prison visit, I'll let you know the cell number ( It sounds a bit "Tale of Two Cities"?)

You should only need one page of the V5 - the one with all the data.
That is what I uploaded. Email arrived this morning saying that my sticker is on the way.
