I used to have L7 HOG on a Harley of course!!
When I bought the Morgan I bought L3 XAN and P3 XAN both bought from DVLA, £200.00 each I believe, P3 was on the Morgan and L3 is on the daily runner (XAN is the closest I could get to IAN)
The idea was to hide the age of the car and I personally think that the less numbers on the registration make the car look neater.

Never bothered with personalised plates.
What L44 FOR stands for I have no idea (apart from the 44 grin2 ).

I thought about this for a long time as I generally don't like "vanity plates" but for £400 from the DVLA I just gave in.

Adrian kind of wished you had not titled it What's the meaning of your number plate . I will let you form your own opinions .

UP1 my late mates had many meanings and everyone rude .
Form your own .

I intend to take the little lad with cancer out for a run when its gets warmer ( With his parents permission and his dad following ) . Being as the reg was in the same village since it came out . Maybe it will lift the little lad one more step nearer being on the mend. I think that fits it well as the mog and reg have helped make money for hospices for all ages but mainly children .

"Meaning of the name Sibero

Having freedom of choice is a source of joy to anyone who has this name. If somebody tries to limit your independence then they will most likely be kicked out of your life or social circle.

Widely open for new experiences you have many fields of interest.

Reacting quickly to arising problems or changing situations is like second nature to you. Instead of being afraid of change you tend to cherish it.

Collecting new impressions and gaining experience when traveling helps you energize. If you think of yourself as a car then your fuel would be traveling. Overall you are great to be around, because of your social nature.

Extremely communicative and crafty you attract new friends like a magnet. However, at times you can be a bit superficial. Not one to easily take advice from others. Most of the time you already have existing firm beliefs."

swmbo thought it was most appropriate and a good description of me.

So what does yours mean?

That reminds me; I also have V2 NUT on my motorbike.
Originally bought direct from the DVLA for £249, when they first went on-line in 2001. At the time the bike would have worn a '51 plate, (which would have looked like a dinner tray on the back mud-guard), so I searched the DVLA site for any simple prefix plate and V2 NUT was available. Initially it went on my Moto Guzzi V11, before being transferred, first to a couple of Ducatis (1000 Sport & 999S). Now resides on my current bike.

I have V800 MMC on the +8 which is correct for the year and bought from DVLA for £250 which I thought was a bargain. Previous owner had V80 MMC on the car.

MX54 TWO on the MX5 which I bought from a fellow TMer. I am tempted to split it to MX5 4 TWO.

On the Morgan, P7 APR. My birthday, Peter, 7th April.

On the Mercedes CLC I have H34 SHO: means nothing, but great sentimental value. It was the registration on the last car Dad had and, a Mercedes 190 2.6, also it is a "Salisbury" registration, issued in 1990. So it seems "right"

On the AMG I bought Caroline CJ09 AMG, C J are her initials and her birthday is 9th of April. AMG is obvious!

What I'd love is RCD 681, it was on the first car Dad owned, a very tired Slough build Citroen Light 15. But it doesn't seem to be about. Another one I'd like is
CVX 111X which he had on an Alfa, a nice "Romanesque" number quite suited to an Alfa Romeo.

Then there is PJ1... a "Surrey County Council plate and which I was offered...for £250,000. There is a limit to vanity.
