Ace Cafe May 15th
A few photos of the select crowd that visited the Ace Cafe today. Sorry I missed Tim's 1955 +4 and the Aero 'B1?ERO' that arrived as we were leaving. Hi to Sarah. If your other half will not let you have a Trad, you know what to do.

Nice Pics A11OGE. We went to the RAF Hendon Museum Meet with the Marcos group which was great but not well attended by Morgans as last year!!! We had a diabolical journey through the Football traffic on the A40 & North Circular coupled with being held up by a multi superbike prang on the A41 near Hendon which phased SWMBO to the extent that there was no way we were back tracking to the North Circular so we cancelled the Ace visit again and high tailed it up the A41 for a very present drive home through the countryside. Hopefully, the Aston Clinton vintage car show today will be better.  Another Classic Group were there also  The Mini's  Just to prove we were there  Owner Missing so no Idea what this is?

Frank - I guess the last car in your picture is a Triumph Spitfire.

Sarah. I suggest you test drive quite a few. They take a little getting used to. No steering servo or brake servo etc.

Hope you miss the rain today. AS you can imagine - we got an absolute drenching. Just the same as at Waddesden Manor on the same Sunday last year.  The New Roadster was due its baptism having avoided a wetting so far. At least we know where the roof leaks are located.  I saw a great addition to the Car show picnicking equipment. The occupants were snug as a bug in a rug when all around were getting soaked.
