2000 4/4 4 seater
Just put a deposit down on this ugly duckling. Must say the 4 seater look has grown on me from not being a fan. Collect start of next month and get my nolden led lights and bits fitted.

Interesting Stewart I didnt know that. I didnt consider the earlier bench seat as didnt like the hood shape or the rear pannel, where this age its all straight. The later teardrop looks great (there was one in the show room) but out of my budget.
Yes Max thats the one. I was amazed looking around there bike cafe opposite at the custom work they offer aswell as mogs.

Well I've been told many times by several people (but not those in the factory) that the windscreen, scuttle, cowl and bonnet is higher on a 4 seater and they are probably right but the difference is very marginal if they are right My experience is only on my 2000 4 seater which was the model introduced in 1999 To show how marginal if at all it is on mine - here are some photos of my 2000 4 seater next to a similar year 2 seater 4/4 (photos taken 3 years ago when I first bought mine)

More mog folklore? The only 4-seater I've ever been in is Chris Bushell-King's 1987 car, and his scuttle is definitely higher than my 1986 2-seater. I don't know if the modern stuff is different, though.

The windscreen is definitely higher on short door cars.
My 94 4/4 had a 4 seater screen the 97 +4 didn't & it was noticeable. Both were 2 seaters.
Not sure about the long door cars.

Nice four seater. I'm very keen on a Plus 4 Flatrad four seater. Now if I can find one that's not a arm, leg, and first born male child.
