Ditch the heated seats and go for Keiss heated motorcycle waistcoat and gloves instead. Cheaper and keeps your whole body warm.
Also add the Stage1 tune kit, this will transform the strangled beast which it is in standard trim.

Blake, the Brooklands from this source is the same as Morgan. But there is a size option.

Blake, I bought mine after it had been configured and ordered by someone else who backed out, but my dealer said the console was about $1300 and installation $500. Your dealer is fairly high-volume, I believe, and should be able to quote you. High volume by Morgan standards.

i'd go with the heated seat option. It's relatively cheap and keeps the wife happy. It does get cold in California once in a while.
The Stage One upgrade is a must.
