On the way back from Pearl Valley Cheese early this morning (see have you driven your M3W today above) I stopped at the Baltic Feed Mill to weigh my M3W. The official weight came up to 1340 lbs. which includes my tool bag under the bonnet and two pounds of delicious Lacy Baby Swiss!

When I leaned back in the seat and looked up I kindly asked the Amish mill worker not to pull the lever on the feed chutes hanging above....lol while he was admiring the M3W!

Car is supposed to be 1100 pounds. Must be quite a tool bag. Fuel is about 8 pounds a gallon too.

Presume the weight was without you in the seat?

It could be the accessories pushing up the basic weight?

I was not in my M3W during the weigh in this morning and the gas tank was close to full.

MMC must have the weight as dry weight, no fuel or oil. I find this all the time in motorcycle companies specs. Harley Davidson is the only exception to this.

That's why I drive around on an empty tank. Keeps the weight down.

Well...the fuel gauge says it's empty...

I bet more than half of that weight is the engine! I wonder what the front to rear weight distribution is?

Believe it or not, with full tanks and two humans, it's 50/50.
