P.S. If you do opt for the new dashboard, you cannot go wrong with the Tawny Ash. Goes great with everything. (Okay, back to minding my own business now.)

I was driven home from the hospital in a Morgan at birth. I never asked about the conception, although now that I think about it, they did own a van back then....but they're my parents, so ewwwww....

I would seriously consider the Full screen - it looks great and v period plus it does help with a better driving expereince over the Aero type originals.

This is of course an individual preference.

As to steering wheels - well the Brooklands takes a bit of beating.

But as said have a look around at say Motolita - who make versons specialy for the M3W - and at v reasonable cost.

Your other options are spot on!!

I personally prefer the original Dash - maybe with added Turned Ali replacement for the leather inserts - v low cost from Melyyn Rutter Morgan

The problem with these "what should I option" threads is knowing the use the car will get. Dry weekend cruiser? Long distance tourer? Alternative commuter? Boulevard driver? Each implies different options...

I do think some of the latest options are very nice - I'd consider the new dash with wood effect just to have a glovebox!. Not sure about the smoked edges of the Morgan windscreen - I think Fairbourne did a better job. Graphics are down to taste. Heritage bonnet catches are a usability upgrade. Etc

But also think what all the talented owners have done as reported here... some stuff might be better done by the dealer. Horn upgrade? Additional lights / LED headlights? Custom paint or decals? Might be worth leaving some budget for customisation wink

On the Isis Importsoptions page showing head rests & full windscreen I dont think the screen shown with the chrome surround is the Morgan supplied full screen.

I believe that is a custom windshield built somewhere in California, would love to get one of those.

TimG, you are absolutely correct, good eye! I made the guide prior to ever having seen the full screen in person, as it was a brand new option at the time and had just become available. There are other items not current, and worse yet I see a typo. (Stay tuned for new and improved options guide, which I am about to create.)
