Thanks for that, David. All going well so far. Another 4 weeks and I'll be back in the Morgan drive . A pity not to be out today in all this beautiful weather, though. As long as I can get in the passenger seat Mrs St Eve will be taking me out this coming week.

Nice photo. Reminds me of Tommy Steele's "What a Mouth".

Good luck with the recovery.
Where I live we gat a lot of military air activity. Pembrey range nearby, we are on the route to mid/north Wales too. Many differing p,anes from varipus nations fly over. We often wave to them from the golf course in the valley. I can see Pembrey range from the hill behind the house...good viewing with binoculars.
Watched a Chinook gunship doing circuits last year....IMPRESSIVE!
Not seen any Migs yet though. I do have a click from a Mig...present from jnr when he went out to Russia on a job.

Yes we get quite a bit of activity here, too. We seem to be en route from airfields in the east of England (Duxford, Marham and others) and airshows in the west. Yesterday I was waiting, unsuccessfully, for the MiG to return - perhaps today - but a Catalina overflew us; that's a regular at this time of year.

Thanks for the good wishes. thumbs
