I bought my car (new) in 2013, and have had 2 problems.
Cracks around the headlight and the superform wings (known issue) and a failure of the catalytic convertor.
Whilst this is disappointing on a new car, the response and remedial action to both issues from the factory was excellent.
Having had issues with cars from other manufactures in the past, my experience is that Morgan responded in a much better way than I experienced elsewhere. I had a similar problem with my 2013 + 4, Peter Constable at Newtown got it fixed no problem and even lent me a new Astra while it was at the factory.

This all very well illustrates just how important it is to deal with decent dealer. They unfortunately do vary, as i found out. Find a good one and they do support you and do a great job for the Morgan brand too. As i said not all Morgan dealers are the same.

We are writing this thread for a Morgan colleague and good friend. He has been waiting some time for his new morgan 4 wheelr to be built and has now recieved the car. The car has exhibited electrical problems such as the horn sounding erratically and headlights and indicators having a mind of there own. He has sent recorded letters to the dealer in Little Halingbury and to the Morgan motor company and niether have had the decency to reply. This gentleman parted with £90K for a non road worthy 2017 Morgan and he is treated like this. Poor show Morgan Motor company very poor show. It is this attitude that will kill the reputation of our cars. It is the response from a company who is out of touch and a feature of a company on the brink of failure? (we have since been made aware from other folk that the PCB's are of poor quality and are £500 each!) comments please  IMO the best thing to do in this sort of situation is to reject the car.Tell the dealer he wants his money back. When it comes to taking back the car you will find that suddenly both dealer and factory become responsive. The difficulty with relying on social media and a friendly response is that the clock is ticking on his legal rights. Its very easy to end up being strung along. Its a decent sum of money so there is no point in being anything other than very demanding and hard nosed.

I've just realised who the Dealer is.
One known for his personality and a great source of trad spare parts, but not one often spoken of in this forum in the way other Morgan dealers are praised.
Which is possibly why the factory is now involved.....
