I have just bought an Urban Cooling Kit to fit to my 2012 Car.
Does anyone have a copy of the update file?

I have been sent a copy of Rev B for EU cars, but i'm concerned that the Rev C contains updated firmware.

The top cover for the fan is matt ABS/plastic and I had thought of painting it, any recommendations?

Archie, you might want to consider hooking the kit up with a relay to a switch on the dash instead of disturbing the ECU. Some have had a problem with reflashing the ECU. But then you may be far ahead of me in the electronics department

I have a 2012 car and I recently self installed the Urban kit .
I flashed the ECU with the box file which has the fan controlling software update.

I can't get a screen shot onto here, so I will type what the Comment view is for the file

I also have the flashing Instructions which which contrarily state that the EU file is Rev C !!!!


If you get the Rev C , could you please let me know what the comments field says . I too would like to know what changes were made and if they would apply to the early models.

As I said before, no issues running with Rev B
