Looks great - ideal for a snowy Lake District winter as you will be able to bypass the roads.

It is Howard. I was very disappointed with the latest water cooled boxer....it has lost a lot of its "boxer" character. This one has a lovely throbby nature to it....especially with the twin Akropovics 🤓. I've only had it a day and already love it. Just a shame that it's up in Cumbria and I'm now back down for a few days in Worcestershire.

Jochen......my dear boy....it's all your fault giving me ideas about the 9T range! Yes....I'm only too aware of how they can be customised 😉

"I prefer the GS every time, I've had x3 but loved the 1150gsa best.
But
we're all different "

I've had every GS apart from the very first G/S (sadly) and Adventures (which are just too big for me). The 1150 was one of the best and they have all been very versatile bikes but now I've stopped doing the big continental tours, I have a hankering to getting back to a simple smaller bike for my Cumbria pottering.

Gorgeous, but I think I'd have gone for the R nineT Pure.

Very much a case of "less is more".

Every time I think I've got my urge to get another bike under control, you lot start me wanting to scratch the itch again.

This is the only picture I have of my T150V Cafe Racer. I'd dearly love a US-Spec T160V, I used to sneak out at lunchtimes from school and go down to the local Triumph dealer just to gaze in awe at the bikes.

Well the Thruxton is Mr JB's take on a Bonneville Cafe Racer.... and the R Version is really special, in my view.

It matters not what the bikes are, we both have new bikes, which is rather a good thing!
