Yesterday (Friday) 9 Morgans from ThamesMOG and 2 from OxMOG meet up at RAF Benson for their family day. Great flying from the Red Arrows etc. A fine day out.
Hope RAF Odiham in two weeks time will be as entertaining. 30 Morgans expected there.

However did find time to drive around to Wendover & back in the sun for once. A lot of the roads around the Chilterns are closed for resurfacing & I was on a narrow lane when I met an MX5. I pulled in for him to pass & wasn't impressed when his mud flap caught my front wing. He vanished but fortunately aside from a light coating of rubber on the bottom of the wing beading nothing was damaged!!

Not driven mine as the radiator is being repaired but went with work to the lions car show at Mersea.
Bit less there than previous years but still nice to see and 4 morgans in attendance.
Chap I spoke to with a lovely green flat rad that had been raced, a
green 4/4 black top with a very nice interior and 2 early morgan 3 wheelers. All seemed to be getting lots of attention, especially the flat rad from all ages.

Pleasant run out to Mallory Park for the VSCC meeting. Some excellent Morgan 3 Wheeler action together with the addictive smell of Castro R.
Sadly the Beast of Turin did not make the Edwardian race - some sort of ignition problem judging by the pile of parts laid on the tool box in the paddock.
Lots of Morgans in the car park too.
All told, a grand day out.

Two days out in one weekend - luxury. Today a trip across to Belton House (near Grantham). Only one interesting car spotted - an early Mustang in the car park at Belton.

Quite a few classics spotted around Tewkesbury. But as I was in the 90 didn't wave at anything. Destination might have been very muddy after recent rains but turns out parking area was reasonably graded. Could have taken the 4/4 - will do next time...
