Not saying I'd buy one - far too much electronics...

We had a couple of Porsche Macans as course cars at Prescott this weekend. While I only rode in the diesel (with a 911 C4 owning Clerk of Course) I was impressed with the performance and comfort. Apart from a red line a little below 6,000 rpm it drove like a petrol. Even the clerk I was shadowing was impressed with it, which worried him as he's a died-in-the-wool 911 pilot has a Macan S - petrol and it does drive very well and has held its price brilliantly, it's now due for replacement and looking around for something similar, she does not see anything that ticks the same boxes, despite me championing an Audi RS3 as having four-wheel drive too!

Is the Cayenne not still available? Our Vet had one for a while, it was an awesome beast.

Too large for the lady, the Macan is quite a bit smaller Tim and also drives more "road car".

RSQ5 if you don't mind the dirty pump?
One at the dump (sorry waste recycling centre) this weekend sounded quite naughty and looked pretty good. I am not a great fan of Audi following my RS6 experience but they are mostly solid.
Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.

The Barchetta was a great little car. Just a shame that the front wasn't as pretty as the back.
One of my old customers (an English guy who was a car designer at Peugeot was looking at it at its launch. He turned to the chap next to him and said "I love the rear; it's very pretty and well resolved. Juust a shame that looked at from the front it's like a bulldog licking pi$$ off a stinging nettle".
The man in question was (of course) Andreas Zapatinas - one of the designers.
Sweet little car, one of my brothers has one

Once upon a time a 4 seater family car was no bigger than an Austin 7 Ruby.... The equivalent today is the Up/Citigo/Mii. Similar relative performance but seemingly an honest simple and narrow car for 4.
