Strange the material Acetalcopolymerisat (POM) is the same from Auto Silicon Hoses as from Norma
But different temp range ?????

John Maybe one of our chemist members can help. During my search I found some other POM fittings that were only rated to 50C. Different grades or manufacture process.(or fibs).

Simon, the two fittings that I'm looking to replace are the
plastic 16mm T in front of coolant header and the plastic
15-8-15 reducing T next to it, I also think this should be
a 16-8-16 to avoid over tightening.

Yes David, that's the idea but the size needs to be 16mm-8mm-16mm
