 Here is my new Plus 8 in the escape tunnel on its way back from France, now safely back in England. I'm new here having acquired this Morgan Plus 8 after 30 years of hankering. So hello to everyone here. Looking forward to lots of advice and chatting, maybe even a beer somewhere sometime. flowman

Thanks for the welcomes. I live in Belgium, the car is in Kent right now but am thinking of taking it to Portrush in Northern Ireland for the summer (nice roads, iffy weather, but you can't have it all!). What colour is the hood on your car Alan? Reason I ask is that I'm thinking of putting a mohair hood on it and have been advised against a pale colour. That leaves me with a choice of black or navy. Hi Flowman We're in Kent too - so if you need anyone to give it a run while you're in Belgium just let me know!!!!  I opted for a black PVC hood which is OK for us as it spends most of it's time down anyway. Other forum members must have experience of the lighter colours - and will no doubt give their opinions here!!  IMHO navy would look nice. Regards Alan AP08 MOG

A belated welcome from us and congratulations on the car looks really nice. We are also living in Belgium (Overijse) temporarily, with our home in Kent. Today we are in Chichester though following the really woderful BHM day at Goodwood yesterday.

Well there's a co-incidence JBu1, I am writing this from Overijse!
