I can't answer the question to reveal the rest of the article..!

I'm not surprised it's a complete set-up, most things are on TV these days. And as a show blueprint, production can be sold globally to use whoever they wish as big honcho. Was it Trump over in the States..?

Couldn't agree more. Most TV these days seems to fall into the categories of:-
Cooking
Reality
Antiques
Property
which just about sums it up.

Reality tv.
Hmmmmm
I suspect not. These types of progs seem to rely on arses being picked to take part. Their subsequent behaviour is the hook for viewers. Remember, AMS is a successful businessman who now has another business based on a model of generating money. He might get some from the partnership with the series winner but the bigger £££££ will come from selling the show itself globally.
Remember the first Big Brother? A novelty that soon deteriorated. In my view a big contributor to the evolution of “Celebrity” as a career. I used to sometimes watch these progs purely for “people watching”.
Of such progs the one I watch is “I am a celebrity...get me out of here”. The bush tucker trials are what takes it away from the rest.
Amstrad.....Alan Michael Sugar Trading .....cheap components and profit.

I think that it is no longer really members of the public. I reckon it is a load of wannabe actors looking for their first part and agreeing to be part of a tediously repetitive updated script of an oscar wilde farce.

Not one of them would ever get a job in my world. Don't they know that going on this program is the certain kiss of death for any future employment ?
