No, and I bought a new 4/4 earlier this year. You and me both! I'm amazed there's been no follow up. No customer satisfaction survey. No nothing.

I received my letter yesterday. You cant buy a new car direct but you can have it serviced. I am not sure mixed messages in business work

No letter for me, but I don’t want one and I certainly don’t want a satisfaction survey, I hate the things.
VW pester you to death with them every time you darken their door, get lost!
The Morgan one should read:

When a company called The Malvern Sports Car Co. operated from a private address in Malvern, where I believe a lady, who it was suggested was a clandestine employee of the company, lived

Got mine in the post today. By the time I've driven to the factory, two (probably) overnight stays, meals, the cost of the service and driving home it's the best part of a grand (or more) in costs! The afternoon tea is probably extra too! Think I'll stick with BHM - at least I get a cup of coffee there.
