Fitted an ali T piece on the cooling system and as it was mild did a quick 20 miles to check it didn't leak.

Nice little 30 mile coastal run out - a bit fresh but good to get out now the overnight rain has washed the salt off the roads  .

We drove back from Dartmouth last night. Torrential rain and the roads were awash. I was glad to be driving Susie's Fiat Panda (decent ground clearance and narrow tyres)

I'm suffering withdrawal symptoms... in Switzerland, where it is cold, bright and the snow on the mountains looks wonderful. Home on Saturday, I hope to get out on Sunday.

Took the Roadster to a friends house (some 20 miles away) for a 'watch party'. It was the traditional american football game between two of the US's military academies, Army West Point and Navy. It was played in Philadelphia (neutral location) and Army won the game. This is the second year in a row for Army to win after loosing to Navy for a dozen years.
