Hood up and heater on stops the misting on the inside.......... Agreed eventually, but one side is still worse than the other

The reason I witter on about rainex is because I have rainexed the side windows of my little Abarth which sits out on my drive at night. In the morning the side windows are misted up on the outside. A wipe with a finger shows that these are micro drops and just the finger will force them to bead together and run off. Or, of course, as soon as I drive off the wind will do it. Could it be something similar, maybe one of the coatings you've applied is causing same..? Nick

Here are some pictures. Car is in the garage & today we have damp misty weather and c 5c. The passenger side misted instantly on opening the door. The problem passenger side. Misting is only on the inside surface The drivers side by comparison

I've tried crash helmet visor anti-mist which is a similar soapy product, but it doesn't last and leaves smears!

Cut a spud in half, wet the screen and rub the spud over it , and bufff off with a dry cloth - no more mist.
